Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a Creative Lab to shape digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of automotive brands. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering distinctive, accessible experiences across websites, apps, e-commerce, vehicle configurators, owners' portals, WhatsApp, social media and employee-facing AI interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HCI/Interaction Design or related field.
• Proven ownership of multi-brand or multi-product design system.
• Experience scaling generative AI content pipelines with measurable impact.
• Track record in social-first content with organic performance.
• Experience leading A/B or multivariate testing with uplift.
• Experience delivering personalization across channels.
• Knowledge of interaction design, research and accessibility.
• Experience designing for English and Arabic audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Lab with a multidisciplinary team across product design, research, creative technology, generative AI, social content and analytics.
• Build reusable design components, tokens and standards for English/Arabic web and mobile experiences.
• Scale production-grade AI workflows with controls for IP, privacy and brand safety.
• Create social-first content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube.
• Deliver personalized experiences across websites, apps, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Embed A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion, engagement and efficiency.
• Champion research and WCAG 2.2 AA, Arabic RTL parity and accessibility.
