Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a Creative Lab to shape how its digital experiences look, feel and perform. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering distinctive experiences across websites, apps, e-commerce, vehicle configurators and more.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on uniting product design, generative AI, social-first content and experimentation. Expect measurable impact on engagement, conversion and efficiency across multi-brand platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI/Interaction Design/Digital Media/Creative Technology/CS required.
• 12+ years of experience across UX/UI, product design and digital creative.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Lab: build and develop a multidisciplinary team across product design, research, creative technology, generative AI, social content and analytics.
• Build a multi-brand design system with reusable components and design-to-code standards for English and Arabic experiences across web and mobile.
• Scale generative AI production with workflows for copy, imagery, video, voice and personalized creative; ensure controls for IP, privacy and brand safety.
• Create social-first content using trends, social listening and partnerships for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.
• Deliver personalized experiences by turning customer segments and real-time signals into relevant content and interfaces.
• Make experimentation the default with A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion and engagement.
• Champion research and accessibility with WCAG 2.2 AA, RTL and Arabic typography.
