Qualifications

• 12+ years in UX/UI, product design and digital creative.

• Ownership of a multi-brand design system in production.
• Experience scaling generative AI content pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Lab across product design, research, and AI-driven creative.
• Build a multi-brand design system with English/Arabic support.
• Scale AI workflows for copy, imagery, video, and personalization.
• Create social-first content for major platforms and measure impact.
• Drive experimentation with A/B/multi-variate testing to improve metrics.
• Ensure accessibility and RTL/Arabic typography standards.
