Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support during operational planning and implementation within the division.
• Develop procurement and asset disposal standards aligned with industry best practices.
• Review and draft contract templates, agreements, and procurement documents.
• Analyze procurement requirements in terms of cost and quality alongside relevant units.
• Conduct analytical studies on contracts, disputes, and legal gaps in coordination with the Legal Affairs Office.
• Update procurement and service contracts to safeguard corporate interests and minimize legal disputes.
