Job summary

Astra Tech Group in Dubai seeks a Head of Product, Consumer Fintech, to own the full suite of B2C financial products (WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet) and beyond. This is a senior leadership role to set the product vision, define the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers delivering experiences millions rely on daily.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in consumer fintech or digital banking.
• Proven ability to define product visions and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for Astra Tech's consumer financial products.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with OKRs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple lines.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver products.
• Drive metrics—activation, engagement, retention, revenue—with a data-informed approach.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends and regulatory shifts across UAE and wider MENA.
