This is a senior leadership role to set the product vision, define the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers delivering experiences millions rely on daily.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple lines.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver products.
• Drive metrics—activation, engagement, retention, revenue—with a data-informed approach.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends and regulatory shifts across UAE and wider MENA.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Product, Consumer to own and drive the full suite of B2C financial products — WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and beyond. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll set the product vision, define the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to ship experiences that millions of people rely on every day.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and financial regulation — making high‑stakes decisions about what to build, how to grow, and where to place big bets.

What You'll Do

• Own the end‑to‑end product strategy for Astra Tech's consumer financial products (WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and new verticals)
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs, balancing user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of product managers across multiple product lines
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver world‑class products
• Drive key metrics — activation, engagement, retention, revenue — with a rigorous, data‑informed approach
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA region
• Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board
