Job summary

Astra Tech in Dubai is seeking a Head of Product, Consumer to own the full suite of B2C financial products and lead a team of product managers.

You will set vision, define roadmaps, and align with OKRs while navigating regulatory requirements across the UAE and wider MENA region. This role sits at the intersection of business, user experience, and risk, and requires a track record of shipping consumer fintech experiences that scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for Astra Tech's consumer financial products (WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and new verticals)
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs, balancing user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product lines
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver world-class products
• Drive key metrics — activation, engagement, retention, revenue — with a rigorous, data-informed approach
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA region
• Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board
