Job summary

OpenFX seeks an experienced Head of Client Success, MENA, to ensure satisfaction and retention of institutional clients and to build the client success team for the region. You will manage the overall customer experience, understand client needs, and work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that drive success.

Based in Dubai, with right to work and willingness to travel across the GCC, you will analyze trading data to identify growth opportunities, lead onboarding and training, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing experience with financial services institutions.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, trading operations, and treasury workflows.
• Experience in analyzing trading data and creating actionable insights.
• Proven track record of growing institutional relationships.
• Based in Dubai, with the right to work and willingness to travel across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead client growth and optimization for institutional clients in the MENA region.
• Oversee operational excellence including onboarding and escalation management.
• Manage trading relationship; ensure optimal execution and client satisfaction.
• Build and mentor the MENA client success team; set cadence and governance.
