Job summary

B2Broker invites an experienced product leader to own the equities business roadmap, P&L and budget. Define target clients, the initial security universe and expansion priorities, while coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Operations on execution and tax processes.

Lead API platform and client journeys with Product and Engineering; design custody and distribution agreements across markets. Strong leadership and professional English are essential to manage cross-border partnerships and

Qualifications

• Proven track record in launching securities brokerage or market-access products with live client service.
• Experience negotiating carrying, custody or distribution agreements across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership, and professional English.
• Practical knowledge of custody chains, settlement, tax withholding, asset transfers.

Responsibilities

• Own equities business plan, P&L, product roadmap and budget.

Practical knowledge of custody chains, beneficial ownership, settlement, corporate actions, tax withholding, asset transfers, market data and fully disclosed or omnibus account structures. Experience negotiating carrying, execution or custody agreements and implementing B2B or B2B2C distribution across more than one market or customer jurisdiction. Ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery, manage vendor dependencies and translate the securities lifecycle into product requirements, operating processes and customer communication. Strong commercial judgement, team leadership and professional English. Experience at a consumer investing platform is relevant when it includes substantive brokerage infrastructure and operating responsibility.
