Job summary

MultiBank Group is seeking a Product Manager in Dubai to own and evolve back-office capabilities supporting our trading ecosystem. You will ensure platform configuration, integration, and evolution align with business, operations, and technology needs.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Dealing, and Support to optimize brokerage operations, APIs, data flows, and multi-system synchronization. This role demands strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in FinTech, online trading, brokerage, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage back-office operations.
• Experience with third-party platforms or vendor-based products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and status synchronization.
• Experience translating operational requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Ability to understand and manage multiple interconnected systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, requirements, and backlog.
• Define and improve brokerage operational workflows and platform configuration.
• Own requirements for integrations between MT5, KYC, Payments, Finance, CRM, and internal systems.
• Define data flows, system-of-record responsibilities, status synchronization, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Support client and trading account administration, including account types, statuses, leverage, currencies, and configurations.
• Translate operational requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering and Architecture on technical discovery and integration design.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Support, and Dealing to identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows.
• Own vendor discussions with our third-party technology partner, including feature requests, platform gaps, releases, and upgrades.
• Coordinate UAT, releases, operational readiness, and post-release improvements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the back-office capabilities supporting our trading ecosystem.

This role is focused on ensuring the platform is effectively configured, integrated, and evolved to support our business, operational, and technology requirements

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Dealing, Support, to ensure the platform effectively supports our brokerage operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in FinTech, online trading, brokerage, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage back-office operations.
• Experience working with third-party platforms or vendor-based products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and status synchronization.
• Experience defining complex operational workflows and translating them into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Ability to understand and manage multiple interconnected systems.
