Job summary

Pedigri Technologies seeks a senior leader to establish and head an independent group function that converts reliable data, consistent processes and objective assurance into measurable improvements in a Dubai-based operation. The role covers business insights, data governance, process excellence, and governance of WMS platforms within the group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years across supply chain, ERP/WMS leadership, analytics and process improvement.
• Experience with KPI frameworks, dashboards, master data governance, SOP architecture and cross-functional improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ERP or WMS controls, change management, segregation of duties, UAT, upgrades.
• Ability to operate independently with senior leaders and drive corrective actions.
• Data management or analytics certification, plus related professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent analysis of service, productivity, repair performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Govern master data definitions for customers, vendors, items and partners; set data quality standards.
• Present adverse trends and track actions and measurable outcomes.
• Govern end-to-end process architecture covering inbound, outbound, delivery, returns, demonstrations, engineering and repair.
• Own the SOP library, version control, review schedule and training standards.
• Audit actual practices against approved processes and lead structured improvement initiatives using Lean and root cause methods.
• Govern WMS and Supply Chain Platform business processes, controls and performance.
• Chair the Change Advisory Board and maintain the systems improvement roadmap and business cases.
• Set UAT standards and provide major release business sign off within approved authority.
• Track adoption and benefits after implementation and elevate gaps between approved business cases and realised outcomes.
• Set measurable quality standards and provide independent assurance of critical processes.
• Govern non-conformance and corrective and preventive action tracking.
• Preserve objective findings and elevate unresolved material risks.
• Govern HSE policies, risk assessments, incident management and emergency preparedness for warehouses, workshops and fleet operations.
• Oversee facilities governance for maintenance, utilities, security, access and site requirements.
• Govern scrap, write off and asset disposal procedures, documentation, traceability and environmental evidence.
• Present independent performance reports, audit findings and improvement priorities.
• Participate in operations, planning, quality and asset disposal forums.
• Build and lead the Business Insights & Excellence team, set objectives and develop succession and coverage for critical governance responsibilities.
