Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of operational process, shift planning and execution.
• Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments.
• Analytical approach with ability to think out of box solutions.
• Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments.
• Ensure ongoing learning and development of all employees on communication methods.

Responsibilities

• Work & drive operations on ground by bringing efficiencies in respective department allocated.
• Independently drive their specific projects end to end with stakeholder management.
