Landmark Group in United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive operations and supply chain professional to drive ground operations, lead projects end-to-end and implement KPI-based improvements. You will collaborate with site leadership and central teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful process enhancements across departments.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA in supply chain, with strong analytical and leadership skills, ready to adapt to shift work and contribute to a large omnichannel retail

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of operational process, shift planning and execution.
• Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments.
• Analytical approach with ability to think out of box solutions.
• Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments.
• Ensure ongoing learning and development of all employees on communication methods.

Responsabilités

• Work & drive operations on ground by bringing efficiencies in respective department allocated.
• Independently drive their specific projects end to end with stakeholder management.
• Support strategic projects to have a real impact on the business.
• Understand operations quickly and drive independently to develop business understanding.
