Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute growth strategies in the Forex business development.

  • Onboard existing book of business and oversee smooth client transition.

  • Manage, motivate, and expand a team of BDMs or sales agents.

  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with executive leadership to align business development goals with the overall company vision.
