• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISM are preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Continuity or Operational Resilience Management.
• Strong knowledge of Basel, NCEMA, PRA/FCA, APRA, Central Bank guidelines.
• Proven track record leading business continuity and resilience initiatives in financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and crisis leadership skills.
