Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a Crisis & Emergency Response Manager to provide strategic leadership for business continuity, crisis management, and emergency response frameworks. You will drive governance, planning, and incident coordination across the organization to ensure preparedness and rapid recovery.

The role requires 12–13 years of senior experience, strong communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment, with English and/or Arabic proficiency

Qualifications

• 12–13 years of progressive experience in enterprise risk, resilience, crisis management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
• Experience in complex organizational structures and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continual improvement of BCMS, crisis management, and emergency response frameworks, policies, plans, and capabilities.
• Benchmark resilience maturity against international standards and report to Executive Management and Board.
• Oversee BIA, risk assessments, and scenario analyses to identify critical processes and recovery priorities.
• Establish governance, roles, and accountabilities for continuity, crisis management, emergency response, and incident management.
• Lead development, maintenance, and testing of continuity and crisis plans; ensure preparedness and effectiveness.
• Oversee activation and operation of EOC and coordinate response and recovery during incidents.
• Act as primary liaison with regulators, NCEMA, authorities, and external stakeholders during major incidents.
• Identify and allocate resources to support continuity and emergency activities.
• Monitor, review, and improve BCMS and resilience frameworks; implement lessons learned.
• Manage internal audits and management reviews related to BCMS.
