Confidential in Dubai, UAE seeks a Head of Sales – Battery & Onsite Services to own commercial performance across inbound call centre and onsite vehicle sales. Lead a frontline team, design pricing, and drive fleet and corporate accounts while expanding app usage and customer retention.

The role requires automotive industry background, strong coaching, and proven ability to meet revenue and margin targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales in automotive or related services in UAE/GCC.
• Proven ability to own pricing strategies and service design.
• Strong analytics, dashboards and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales revenue, gross margin and growth for onsite operations.
• Design pricing for batteries and service packages with promos.
• Drive inbound call centre and onsite conversion; upsell and addons.
• Lead, coach and develop call centre, field teams and dispatch.
• Build B2B sales with fleet accounts, insurers and dealerships.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and generate structured performance reports.
