Job summary

Sinopack Search is seeking a Head of Advisory for a leading international consultancy to establish and lead its advisory business across the Middle East, with autonomy and strong backing from a global platform.

The role focuses on shaping regional strategy, originating mandates, and building a substantial regional operation through a high-caliber advisory team and a growing client base.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior leadership position within an advisory or professional services consultancy.
• Proven ability to establish, build or significantly grow an advisory business.
• Extensive network of senior-level client relationships across GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional strategy for the advisory business across the GCC.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across developers, investors, owners and major project clients.
• Originate new business opportunities, secure advisory mandates and build a sustainable revenue pipeline.
• Develop the advisory offering across infrastructure, development, commercial and strategic advisory services.
• Build and lead a high-performing advisory team as the business grows.
• Leverage global capabilities and international client relationships to develop opportunities in the Middle East.
• Take responsibility for the commercial performance, profitability and long-term growth of the advisory business.
