Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Investment and Transaction Advisory practice.

You will guide top-tier public and private clients through strategy, business cases and commercial structures for large infrastructure projects. You will coordinate pre-feasibility studies, value-for-money analyses and due diligence, working with multidisciplinary teams across advisory, transport and project management units to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in accounting and finance, economics, engineering, management, policy or related field.
• MBA and/or CFA or similar qualification preferred.
• 8+ years in infrastructure advisory with broad regional exposure.
• Experience in PPP/JV transactions or Infrastructure M&A.
• Track record of leading projects to close and delivering pragmatic advice.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to practice strategy, service line development and go-to-market.
• Engage with government bodies and private stakeholders to develop the pipeline.
• Provide advisory across full project lifecycle including business case prep and commercial structuring.
• Coordinate pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, VFM analysis and procurement models.
• Oversee due diligence and prepare board-ready narratives; represent the firm in negotiations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across advisory, transport and project management units.
• Manage project economics, WIP, forecasting, invoicing and financial oversight.
• Supervise juniors and drive ongoing learning and development.
