Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' infrastructure advisory experience.
• MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Experience in PPP/JV or Infrastructure M&A contexts.
• Track record of leading projects to financial close.
• High-level written and oral English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to practice strategy, service line development and go-to-market.
• Engage with government bodies, regulators, and private-sector stakeholders to build our pipeline of qualifying infrastructure projects, including pre-procurement.
• Provide advisory support across the full project lifecycle: strategy, business case, commercial structuring and post–commercial-close support.
• Coordinate pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, value-for-money analysis, risk assessment and procurement models.
• Oversee technical and commercial due diligence for investment committees considering infrastructure investments.
• Translate technical depth into board-ready strategic narratives and represent WSP in discussions with key stakeholders.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across Advisory, Property & Building, Transport & Infrastructure, and Project Management Services.
• Manage project economics: collections, WIP, revenue forecasting, invoicing and financial oversight.
• Supervise junior team members with clear directions and ongoing development.
