Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a professional kitchen in a high‑quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and HACCP.
• Proven ability to train, develop and manage BOH teams.
• Calm, organised leadership during busy services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Back of House operations and service readiness.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and equipment checks.
• Ensure recipes meet tashas standards and portion control.
• Maintain food quality, freshness and presentation.
• Schedule and develop the BOH team; conduct briefings.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support HR and training on onboarding and performance.
• Help build a culture of generosity, teamwork and excellence.
