Job summary

Prosportsuae in Dubai seeks a world-class Head Gymnastics Coach to lead the program and shape its long-term strategy, aligning with athlete development pathways.

You will mentor staff, design progressive curricula, ensure safety and excellence, and create clear progression from introductory levels to elite competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive coaching experience in gymnastics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or head coaching capacity.
• Possession of advanced coaching certifications from recognized national and international gymnastics federations (e.g., FIG, USA Gymnastics).
• Demonstrated success in developing athletes across various age groups and competitive levels, including national and international achievements.
