Job summary

The Client of Five Continents Technical and Industrial Services is seeking a Volleyball Training Coach to develop and implement training programs for university students, coach and enhance fundamental volleyball skills, and organize tournaments and matches.

The role involves supervising training sessions, recruiting talented student athletes, promoting teamwork and discipline, and preparing performance reports to drive athletic excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience training university students.
• Academic qualification in Physical Education or related field.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Accredited volleyball coaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs.
• Coach students and enhance their volleyball skills.
• Organize tournaments and sports events.
• Supervise volleyball team training sessions and develop players' technical skills.
• Identify and recruit talented student athletes and prepare them for university teams.
• Promote teamwork, discipline and commitment among players.
• Prepare player lists, participant records and performance statistics.

• Organize training sessions and friendly matches for the volleyball team to participate in internal and external competitions and tournaments
• Identify and recruit talented student athletes develop their skills and prepare them to join university teams
• Promote teamwork discipline and commitment among players and motivate them to achieve the highest levels of athletic performance
• Prepare player lists participant records performance statistics and team reports to achieve the highest levels of athletic performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirement

• A minimum of three 6 years of experience in training university students
• Holds an academic qualification in Physical Education or a specialization in the field
• Holds a valid First Aid certification
• Holds an accredited coaching certification in the sport
