Skills
Recognised gymnastics coaching qualification (e.g. British Gymnastics Level 2+, USAG, or FIG-accredited equivalent), or willingness to certify
Proven experience coaching artistic/recreational gymnastics to children aged 3–14, including beginner through intermediate levels
Strong grounding in fundamental movement skills, shapes, conditioning and flexibility progressions
Confident spotting and manual support technique across floor, beam, bars, vault and trampoline
Ability to plan and deliver structured, progressive lesson blocks aligned to a term curriculum
Clear class control and behaviour management with large mixed-ability groups
Solid understanding of child safeguarding, risk assessment and equipment safety checks
Valid First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
Excellent communication with parents — progress updates, assessments and end-of-term reporting
Comfortable supporting trials, assessments and re-enrolment conversations
Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
Punctual, presentable and reliable, with flexibility for afternoon, evening and weekend classes
Team player able to work across multiple venues as scheduling requires
