Essential duties and responsibilities

1. Leadership:
   • Provide visionary leadership to the coaching staff fostering a culture of excellence innovation and collaboration.
   • Develop and implement coaching strategies policies and procedures.
2. Coaching Development:
   • Mentor coach and develop coaches to enhance their skills knowledge and performance.
   • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
3. Program Management:
   • Oversee coaching programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
   • Develop and manage budgets resources and logistics.
4. Performance Optimization:
   • Analyze performance data identifying areas for improvement.
   • Collaborate with coaches athletes and support staff to optimize performance.
5. Communication:
   • Facilitate effective communication among coaches athletes and stakeholders.
   • Represent the organization in various forums promoting its values and mission.
