Job summary

PSA Academy is seeking a qualified Gymnastics Coach to lead its gymnastics programme for ages 3–16 across multiple UAE venues. You will design curriculums, mentor junior staff, conduct assessments and ensure high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a recognised coaching qualification and 3–5 years of experience, with strong English communication. Afternoons, evenings and weekends availability is essential; UAE relocation is welcome.

Qualifications

• Qualified gymnastics coach with a recognised qualification (FIG, British Gymnastics, USAG or equivalent).
• 3–5 years coaching experience with children/youth; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience designing curriculums and assessment frameworks.
• First Aid/ CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Availability for afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of gymnastics classes for ages 3–16 (recreational and pre-competitive).
• Mentor, train and supervise junior coaches across multiple venues.
• Develop, maintain and update structured curriculums and progression frameworks.
• Conduct termly level assessments and grading.
• Liaise with parents regarding student progress.
• Ensure safety, safeguarding and quality standards are upheld.
• Support preparation for internal and external gymnastics competitions.
• Assist with new coach recruitment, onboarding and training.
