Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs Concierge Bell Desk activities.
• Provides information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensures orderly lobby and prepares efficient schedules.
• Handles guest problems in absence of management.
• Implement departmental standards and training.
• Conducts performance appraisals and training needs analysis.
• Ensures guest requests are fulfilled courteously.
