The role requires strong leadership across cuisines, with a focus on delivering high-quality food and profitable operations in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in casual dining.
• Strong experience with international cuisine and diverse cooking styles.
• Proven leadership in a high-volume kitchen and menu development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full day-to-day kitchen operation.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and taste.
• Develop and improve international menu concepts aligned with positioning.
• Create seasonal dishes and new menu items.
• Manage food prep, production and service across all kitchen sections.
• Recruit, train and develop the kitchen team and schedules.
