Job summary

Radiant Hospitality is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a premium Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. You will drive daily food quality, inspire a strong brigade and push innovation while preserving the concept's identity.

The role is hands-on, with a focus on ingredient-led cooking, seasonal sourcing and technical excellence. Enjoy an attractive AED 25,000–30,000 monthly package, service charges, medical insurance and an annual flight allowance.

Qualifications

• Premium Mediterranean cuisine expertise required.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Formal food safety / HACCP certification or eligibility to obtain UAE certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the kitchen's daily food quality, creativity and consistency across the menu.
• Develop and refine dishes that push Mediterranean cuisine forward while protecting brand identity.
• Lead, coach and develop the brigade, strengthening team culture.
• Source high-quality, seasonal ingredients with knowledge of provenance and seasonality.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the pass, tasting, cooking and developing dishes with the team.
• Manage food cost, wastage, purchasing and kitchen variances with strong commercial awareness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and central culinary/operations teams for brand alignment.
