Job summary

Capital Motion operates leading UAE restaurants and is seeking a Head Chef for a vibrant beachside kitchen on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. You will oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading culinary teams, controlling costs, upholding HACCP standards, and collaborating on menus and events. A culinary degree and 5+ years in upscale kitchens are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in upscale settings.
• Proven expertise in menu development and kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage costs and budgets.
• Flexible for shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and coordinate with service and bar teams.
• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain HACCP, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relations.
• Monitor food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
