Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef, preferably with a focus on African cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of African cooking techniques, ingredients and flavor profiles.
• Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Understanding of food cost control measures.
