African Restaurant Manager in Ajman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced African Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant located in Ajman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning


• Hire, train and manage staff members to provide excellent customer service


• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed


• Create work schedules for staff and manage labor costs


• Ensure that all health and safety standards are met


• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
