Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the kitchen
• Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining the restaurant's signature style
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
• Ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times

• Collaborate with other departments such as front of house to ensure seamless service delivery

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, creating new dishes, and maintaining high quality standards.
