• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients
• Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels to meet budget requirements
• Comply with all food safety standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
