Job summary

PolyFab Plastic Industry LLC in the UAE seeks a driven Project Sales Engineer for HDPE piping solutions, responsible for growing the customer base across the UAE market and securing product approvals.

You will build strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants and developers, manage quotations, follow up on LPOs, and ensure timely payments while coordinating with QA and logistics to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounts or related business field.
• 5+ years sales experience in UAE construction, infrastructure or utilities sectors.
• Solid background in HDPE Pipes/Piping System, Firefighting or related domains.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Aptitude for KYC checks and strict adherence to credit policies.

Responsibilities

• Gather market intelligence and design strategic sales plans with Sales Manager.
• Build credibility with developers, consultants and contractors to secure listings.
• Generate quotations and follow up to secure LPOs within lead times.
• Conduct KYC checks and adhere to company credit policies and risk mitigation.
• Visit project sites, monitor progress and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
• Drive cash sales and manage outstanding payments per terms.
• Collaborate with QA and Logistics to ensure product quality and service.
