Job summary

Visara Partners seeks a proactive Project Engineer to manage residential building projects (G+4) in Dubai. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and procurement to meet quality and safety standards.

This hands-on role requires strong planning, site execution, daily progress reporting, and close collaboration with the Project Manager to resolve issues and maintain comprehensive site records.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of UAE construction experience.
• Residential G+4 project experience required.
• Experience handling multiple small-to-mid projects (AED 2M–4M).
• Strong knowledge of project planning and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute works per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily site activities with foremen, subcontractors, and labour.
• Ensure material and resource availability for timely execution.
• Report progress and issues to Project Manager.
• Maintain site records, inspections, and safety practices.
• Manage quality checks and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
