Job summary

Silver Edge Arabia is seeking an autonomous Project Manager for UAE-based residential construction projects (G4). You will own planning, site execution, and stakeholder coordination from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in similar projects, deep UAE regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Around 5 years of solid construction experience.
• Proven track record managing G4 residential projects in the UAE.
• Proficient in reading drawings and BOQs; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities; develop look-ahead plans.
• Lead site execution and coordinate trades to ensure quality.
• Secure approvals from clients and authorities; liaise with DM, DCD, DEWA, RTA, SIRA.
• Manage manpower, materials, and reduce wastage; monitor productivity.
• Oversee QA/QC, health and safety; address NCRs and incidents.
• Provide regular progress reports and support handover activities.
