Job summary

Kaizen Resourcing Ltd seeks a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead a fast-growing technology company in Dubai, focused on advanced autonomous systems. You will own the technology vision, roadmap and execution, and supervise a 20-person engineering team to deliver end-to-end product development.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership to align technology with commercial goals, tackle complex engineering challenges, and stay ahead of trends in autonomous systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally with robotics/autonomous systems experience.
• Proven ability to lead and grow technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong product development, system architecture and full-lifecycle delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
• Hands-on technical leadership, review architecture and tackle complex engineering challenges.
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team (~20).
• Manage technical projects, risks, quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on prioritisation, investment and stakeholder communication.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and drive innovation in autonomous systems.
