Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a professional to drive telephone sales for accommodation across Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. You will gain deep knowledge of Hyatt properties to confidently respond to enquiries from the public, travel trade and staff.

Maintain accurate records and ensure 24-hour follow-up with properties and guests or travel agents. A Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred, along with strong communication skills and readiness to handle day-to-day operations as

Summary

• To achieve the necessary telephone sales techniques to maximum the sales of accommodation for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
• To acquire extensive knowledge of all Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, to be able to confidently answer enquiries from the general public, travel industry and staff at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. This knowledge includes guarantee and cancellation policies of each Hyatt and Resorts. Rack and Corporate rate structures and methods of payments.
• To achieve a general knowledge of travel industry, including terminology, in-house operations etc.
• Good Communication Skills.
• To maintain accurate records of all requests, following up these requests within 24 hours with both the property and the quest or travel agent.
• To perform day to day operations functions and other tasks as assigned by the Revenue and Sales Manager or Supervisor.
