Rixos Al Mairid in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of all public spaces across the property. You will ensure lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor areas are spotless and welcoming for guests and staff.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and a collaborative spirit with housekeeping and maintenance teams, delivering high cleanliness standards and a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and maintain all public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Guest Service: Assist guests with directions and inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Restroom Upkeep: Regularly check and replenish toiletries and keep restrooms hygienic.
• Floor and Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and fixtures to high standards.
• Trash Management: Empty bins and dispose of waste per hygiene policies.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform routine deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and report cleaning supplies and maintenance needs.
• Lost and Found: Follow procedures for items found in public areas.
• Safety and Security: Identify hazards and report maintenance issues.
• Event Support: Help set up and clean public areas for events.
• Sustainability: Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and reduce waste.
