Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Guest Services Associate dedicated to delivering warm, professional hospitality at our world-class leisure destinations. You will greet guests, provide accurate information, process sales via POS, and handle cash with care while upholding safety and operational standards.

You will contribute to smooth guest flow, upsell tickets and products, assist with lost and found, and participate in emergency drills.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest or customer service roles is required.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Process all ticket and product sales through a computerized POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and accept multiple payment methods.
• Balance and reconcile cash registers at shift start and end.
• Educate guests on promotions, pricing, shows and attractions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services and products.
• Manage lost and found and safety operations.
• Act as a first responder during emergencies and assist with evacuations.
• Coordinate queue management and oversee turnstile operations.
• Distribute guest satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
