Madinat Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Executive (Night) - Front Office to join our team from October 2026. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, 1–2 years front desk or customer service experience, and willingness to cover night shifts. Multilingual abilities are desirable to serve our international guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service or front desk experience in hospitality.
• Experience working internationally and understanding cultural differences.
• Willing to cover night shifts.
• Additional languages (Russian, Spanish, French, Arabic) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring personalized service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Cover Night Shifts on the Front Office.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring personalized service.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Covering Night Shifts on the Front Office

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
• Willing to cover Nightshifts
• Knowledge of additional languages, like Russian, Spanish, French and Arabic (Desired)
