The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Dubai (DIFC off Sheikh Zayed Road) is seeking a Non-Management, full-time Front Desk/Guest Services associate to answer guest calls, process requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.

You will operate the telephone switchboard, assist guests with wake-up calls, messages, and connectivity, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station and process wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls.
• Advise guest of any messages received and monitor busy/unanswered lines; update callers and offer to take a message.
• Follow up with guests to ensure requests or problems are met and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
