The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests and handle inquiries. You will answer calls, coordinate wake-up and conference calls, dispatch bell staff, and maintain quiet, professional service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Proficiency with computers and/or POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station.
• Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and conference calls.
• Monitor busy or unanswered lines and update callers on status.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly.
• Instruct guests on how to access the internet.
• Test communications equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
