Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property, assist with luggage storage.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms or bell area and assist with loading/unloading.
• Arrange transportation for guests and coordinate with drivers and staff.
• Dispatch bell/valet staff as needed and ensure guest requests are met to satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies; protect confidential information.
