voco Dubai Palm The Palm, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service. You will assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, deliver amenities, and share information about local attractions to create a memorable first impression.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in guest service, strong communication, and a team spirit; physically agile and able to stand long shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Bell Attendant or similar guest service position.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a friendly, service-minded attitude.
• Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods.
• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Naturally outgoing and passionate about delivering voco service standards.
• Excellent communication skills in guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling including loading and unloading from vehicles and delivering to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain hotel features and amenities, and offer assistance as needed.
• Retrieve luggage for departing guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Store and retrieve luggage and packages for guests in the luggage room.
• Respond to guest requests such as room changes, directions, or transportation arrangements.
• Deliver items such as messages, packages, mail, or amenities to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.
• Work with Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
