• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval and transport luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advanced transportation requests as needed.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with company policies and safety standards.
