Job summary

Minor International seeks a Guest Service Agent in Dubai to create a warm welcome and deliver personalized service throughout each guest’s stay. You will support daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures with NH Collection service excellence.

The role requires experience in front office, a hospitality qualification, and strong English communication. On-site shifts include nights and weekends in a multicultural team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or guest service in upscale or luxury hotel.
• Diploma or qualification in hospitality is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to prepare rooms.
• Maintain guest profiles and front office records in the PMS.
• Process payments and cashiering transactions per hotel procedures.
• Recognize loyalty members and address their benefits.
• Support upselling and promotion of hotel services to improve guest experience and revenue.
• Maintain clear shift handovers and communicate outstanding requests.
• Follow grooming, confidentiality, safety, and emergency procedures.
