Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a guest-focused sales associate to welcome guests, assist with product selection, and process payments at a luxury boutique within the hotel. You will maintain a polished outlet environment and drive sales through personalized service.

• Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.


• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, while following all cash-handling procedures.


• Maintain the outlet in a clean, organized and attractive condition in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.


• Monitor stock levels, replenish products and ensure all items are properly displayed, priced and presented.


• Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock control and report any discrepancies, damages or shortages.


• Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating them when required.


• Promote products and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine, service-focused approach with guests.
