AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Receptionist to welcome guests and assist with Health Club reservations and memberships. You will coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a good understanding of hotel and fitness facilities. Shift flexibility, weekends, and holidays are expected, with opportunities to grow within the Accor network.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel, resort, health club or sports facility experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, fitness facilities, and recreation services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation or membership systems.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Address guest requests, feedback and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Promote memberships, fitness activities and recreational services.
• Support events and promotions following hotel policies.

Job Description

• Welcome and assist hotel guests, club members, and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring excellent guest service in line with hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, telephone calls, reservations, and bookings for the Health Club, swimming pool, gym, sports facilities, and recreational activities.
• Manage guest registration, membership verification, facility access, and daily attendance records, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide information about Health Club facilities, membership packages, sports activities, promotions, and other hotel services.
• Process payments, membership fees, and facility charges accurately in accordance with hotel financial procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and the Sports & Recreation team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the reception area and ensure facilities meet hotel hygiene and safety standards.
• Promote Health Club memberships, sports programmes, fitness activities, and recreational services to maximise guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Support the organisation of sports events, recreational activities, and special promotions while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, health club, or sports and recreation facility is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-service orientation.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, fitness facilities, and recreational services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation or membership management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
