Job summary

Accor in the UAE is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable experience. The role requires a service-focused attitude, strong English and Arabic, and experience with Opera systems.

Qualifications

• Service-minded personality is essential; prior hospitality experience is an asset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience in a 5-star hotel or relevant hotel industry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with a proactive service mindset.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify opportunities for upselling to enhance guest experience.

Guest Service Agent

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
• Take the initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera / Opera cloud or a related system.
• Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelors or diplomas/certifications are required.
• Worked in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in Hotel industry.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.
